Rikka J. His past experience includes roughly a thousand trials in the Antelope Valley branch of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He has experience in diverse practice areas such as business disputes, trademarks, trade secrets, non-competition covenants, dissolution of partnerships, first-party and third-party insurance disputes, personal injury, governmental entity liability, personal injury and malpractice, and business fraud.

He is admitted to practice before every level of the court system in California, and has practiced before the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has taught classes in employment law, business law, and business ethics for a variety of collegiate institutions at both the undergraduate and post-graduate level, and taught paralegal training and lectured on law office management techniques. He received an American Jurisprudence Award for trial advocacy in law school, and is the author of a published article concerning the intersection of copyright and the First Amendment, Every Little Thing I Do (Incurs Legal Liability): Unauthorized Use of Popular Music in Presidential Campaigns, 14 Loy. L.A. Ent. L.J. 137, and has published several articles in the Los Angeles Daily Journal and San Francisco Daily Journal.

Shelly Ditzhazy

For over two decades Shelly L. Ditzhazy has practiced successfully in the area of probate law. The Probate Court most commonly handles cases involving Decedents Estates, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Trusts. Shelly understands the intricacies and complexities of probate court and has successfully guided hundreds of clients through this process. She has worked with individuals and families, assisting them to resolve any and all issues arising in their particular cases.
